Grinding and storage: The well-dried strands of spirulina will be ready for the grinding step. Grinding machines installed for flour making are used for grounding the dried algae. Spirulina is grounded and soft powder dust is obtained which will be weighed and packed and later sealed for selling in the market. Vacuum dried and airtight packing helps to sustain the nutritional potentials for almost 3-4 years.
